All coaches & referees over the age of 18 are required to have a NSW Working With Children Check. Once obtained please give a copy to southtweedtouchfootball@outlook.com

In the event of storms and heavy rain South Tweed Touch inspects the grounds and will make an announcement via their Facebook if the fields are CLOSED or OPEN with an announcement by 5pm

​

We will always endeavour to provide as much notice as possible however sometimes the situation or weather may change closer to kick-off

​

In the event of storms during games, South Tweed Touch Officials will make a decision regarding ending, pausing or delaying games when player safety is in question (lightning, water-logged fields, torrential downpour etc)
